Delivery Charges
Express courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery. Delivered next working day by 3pm or 1pm respectively. Parcels will require a signature. Orders received by 2pm weekdays will be dispatched that day. Next day courier orders received before 2pm on Friday will be delivered to you the following Monday. Next day courier orders received on Saturday/Sunday will be dispatched on the following Monday.

All shipping methods will be displayed on “Delivery Information” page prior to entering your credit card details.

First Class
We offer flat rate of £10.00 regardless of how many items there are in your shopping basket. For purchases over £100 shipping is free.

Next Working Day* - Please request this on the “Add Comments” section on the “Delivery Information” page Please note all orders require a signature on receipt.

Exchanges & Refunds
We offer a 7-day no quibble money back guarantee! You can return your item(s) to us within 7 days of receiving your order for a complete refund. All that we ask is that the item(s) must be returned to us in their original as new condition with all of the tags attached and the item(s) still in their original packaging. Items that have been used, washed, soiled or damaged in any way will invalidate our offer. Unfortunately we do not offer an exchange service – items will be refunded and a new order will have to be submitted. When sending goods back to us it is recommended to use a delivery service that offers insurance. We take no responsibility for goods before they reach us and the refund does not cover the return delivery cost.

We never store your credit card details at any stage as these are handled by a world trusted bank.
